How to Make
- ADD FAT SOURCE
Add heavy cream, melted butter, coconut oil or whatever fat source you like into a Blender or Blender Bottle.
This is where you can customize the amount for your particular calorie needs.
- ADD KETO CHOW POWDER
Either one packet (single-serve) or one scoop (bulk meal bag).
- ADD WATER
Add 410ml warm water, coffee or any other liquid you like… and blend! If you find your shake too thick, just add water until it’s just right!
- SHAKE & ENJOY!
We suggest refrigerating for 30 mins or ideally overnight to bring out more flavour. The longer you wait, the better it tastes!

Chocolate is definitely my favorite flavor. Found both flavors I tried quite salty. Unfortunately, after I crunched the numbers I decided the cost was just too much for us to sustain. $70 a week for keto chow and whipping cream is too large a chunk from our budget. Good luck!
I have been using Keto Chow for ages and love all the non-fruity flavours like Chocolate Toffee, Irish Cream, Eggnog, etc. Don't know why I hadn't tried Chocolate. Absolutely the best. Tastes like a rich chocolate milkshake. I find I use it for drinks the most.
