Sugar Free Strawberry Cupcakes

Looking for a quick and easy treat? Look no further! These strawberry cupcakes use Good Dee's Yellow Snack Cake and Keto Chow Strawberry shake and are the perfect easy treat!
Servings: 12 | Prep time: 5 minutes | Total time: 35 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Good Dee's Yellow Snack Cake
  • 1 serving Keto Chow Strawberry Shake
  • 5 tbsp Butter (melted)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 TBSP Vanilla Extract

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
  2. Grease or line muffin tin
  3. Mix wet ingredients together, and then add to dry ingredients in a large bowl
  4. Pour batter into muffin tin
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the middle of a cupcake. 
  6. Let cupcakes cool and enjoy!

OPTIONAL FROSTING

I also made banana frosting to go with this using a can of Cha's Coconut Whipping cream and 1/2 serving of Keto Chow Banana!  Strawberry Banana Cupcakes!
