Coco Polo Chocolates are sugar free, gluten free, non-GMO, Keto friendly, Diabetic friendly and have vegan varieties!
They are sweetened with stevia and have some really great flavours like elderberry and mango. Although this recipe uses Pure 39% Cocoa Milk Coco Polo and Pure 70% Cocoa Dark Coco Polo, we carry 14 different flavours in our store!

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 oz of Coco Polo Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1 oz of Coco Polo Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp of Espresso Powder
- 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1 pinch of Cayenne Pepper
- 1 pinch if Cinnamon
- 3 oz of Heavy Cream
- 3 oz of Hot Water
- Stevia (a few drops of Stevia if you want it a little sweeter)
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix all ingredients and blend for about 30 seconds.
- Then pour into your favourite mug and enjoy with your favourite book and a cozy blanket.
You can easily make a bullet proof hot chocolate by removing the spices and adding some MCT Oil and butter.
