What’s better than chocolate chip cookies?! Double chocolate chip cookies with an added nutty crunch! Using our favourite low carb and Keto-friendly baking ingredients, like Philosophie Cacao Magic and Coco Polo Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Chips, we made chewy, melt-in-your-mouth cookies that are the perfect sugar free dessert or snack! Follow the instructions below for your new favourite cookie recipe!

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups almond flour
½ cup Coco Polo Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Chips
½ cup Lee’s Good Fat Blend - Dark Chocolate (or unsalted butter), melted
1 egg
½ cup granular sweetener
¼ cup of Pili Hunters - Raw Cacao Pili Nuts, chopped
1 ½ tbsp Philosophie Cacao Magic Superfood Protein
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350
- Combine the almond flour, sweetener, Philosophie Cacao Magic Superfood Protein and baking powder
- In a large bowl whisk ghee, egg, and vanilla extract
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredient and mix until dough forms
- Add in chocolate chips and Pili Nuts and mix
- Place cookie dough on parchment paper in 12 balls, flatten slightly
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown along the edges
