Sugar Free Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Get ready for a delicious Valentine’s Day dessert - made low carb and refined sugar free. Super easy to make at home!

In this year of self love, this treat can be enjoyed by you! We deserve Chocolate Covered Strawberries! Also this is a great recipe to make for a Valentine's Day Dessert at home with your sweetheart, with your friends or family members!

Using two of our favourite Keto-friendly, low carb ingredients; Coco Polo Chocolate Chips and Pili Hunters’ Pili Nuts, you can create a sugar free dessert without the guilt!


Servings: 8 | Prep time: 10 minutes | Total time: 30 minutes


Ingredients:


Directions:

  1. On low to medium heat, melt butter in a saucepan and slowly add heavy cream
  2. Add in half the chocolate chips, stirring continuously until blended
  3. Add in the second half and continue to stir on low heat. It's important to keep it on low heat.
  4. Remove from heat for about 2-3 minutes while continuing to stir allowing the sauce to thicken
  5. Skewer your strawberries with either a fork or fondue spear and dip strawberries into sauce
  6. Gently roll chocolate covered strawberries in Pili Nuts to coat the chocolate
  7. Set aside on a plate and place in the freezer for about 5-10 minutes to set
  8. Keep refrigerated after freezing to avoid chocolate melting
