Ingredients:
1 cup (2 scoops) Keto Chow Salted Caramel
1 ½ cup almond flour
1 large egg
½ cup butter (melted)
1 tbsp Burlap & Barrel Royal Cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Origin Vanilla Extract
½ Origin Vanilla Bean Salt (for the top)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Whisk together all wet ingredients
- In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients (except Vanilla Bean Salt) and stir until mixed thoroughly
- Add in wet ingredients to the dry mixture
- Stir all ingredients together until cookie dough has formed
- On a greased baking sheet, distribute mixture evenly into 12 small balls
- Gently press down on each cookie to flatter to desired thickness
- Sprinkle Vanilla Bean Salt on top of cookies
- Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before removing from the baking sheet
