BBQ "Breaded" Chicken Tenders

Are you missing breaded chicken tenders while on Keto? Now you can make these low carb, fast food inspired “breaded” chicken tenders with a no sugar added BBQ sauce from Buster Rhinos! You only need three ingredients and you will have some Keto-friendly BBQ chicken tenders in under an hour!


Servings: 4 | Prep time: 20 minutes | Total time: 60 minutes


Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts (cut into strips)

½ cup Buster Rhinos' No Sugar Added BBQ Sauce 

1-2 cups of pork rinds (crushed)


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Coat chicken strips in Buster Rhino’s BBQ sauce
  3. Roll coated chicken strips in crushed pork rinds
  4. Place coated chicken strips on a greased baking sheet
  5. Bake chicken for 35-40 minutes or until cooked throughout
