HOW TO MAKE A LOW CARB BERRY BLISS PROTEIN SMOOTHIE?
These instructions cannot get any easier!
STEP 1: Add the frozen berries, ice, protein powder, sweetener, vanilla and nut milk to the blender.
STEP 2: Blend for 30-45 seconds or until your desired consistency is reached. We like our smoothies thick and blend just until everything is blended. If you enjoy your smoothies thicker you can blend for longer or add additional nut milk to thin it out.
We love topping our smoothies with whipped coconut milk and a few blueberries just cuz we fancy like that :)
Can I make this smoothie with fresh berries?
Sure, the smoothie may turn out thinner. Therefore use less milk if you don't want it too thin.
