We have 2 recipe options where we take the best selling Keto Bricks and turn them into Keto Bark!
But first, what is Keto Brick?
Keto Brick is a high-performance food made for people who want quality, delicious and easy to eat food for when they're on the go, or just too busy to make lunch. It's a blend of whey protein and fat, with a focus on minimal ingredients and has a really nice flavour!
Keto Brick was founded by Robert Sikes, aka Keto Savage on social media, from his own search for the ideal performance product for himself. His focus is extremely quality ingredients. Our customers use Keto Brick to supplement their meals, on the go running errands, on a busy day, or as a total meal replacement. My toddler (I'm Neha, SwitchGrocery co-founder) has been enjoying it too - I sneak him protein and fat and he doesn't even know.
These bricks are; Low Carb, Sugar Free, Wheat Free, Gluten Free, High Protein, Paleo, Keto Friendly, Non-GMO

Recipe #1: Stovetop Method
This is an INSANE recipe with full credit to Greg Mahler.
Greg is a keto bodybuilder and coach for Deeper State Keto. You can find him on Instagram as ketogreg80. We thank him for his incredible photos and easy recipe!
Ingredients:
2 Keto Bricks - Chocolate Peanut Butter and Nootropic Icing
or use any flavour you like of Keto Brick - There's Macadamia Madness and Chocolate too!
That's it!
Directions:
- Unwrap both Keto Bricks.
- Chop both bricks (one at a time, individually flavour by flavour)
- Melt down 1st flavour into a pan. Tip from Greg: Don't let it get hot or bubble up. Keep stirring.
- Once melted down, poured 1st flavour on to parchment paper lined pan
- Melt down 2nd flavour into the pan
- Once melted down, drizzle 2nd flavour on 1st flavour. Note: 1st flavour may already start to set a bit
- Stir into the flavour
- Stick in the freezer overnight.
- Cut up in pieces and store in a closed bin in the fridge
Recipe #2: Oven Method
I have my dear husband and co-founder Bryan to thank for this recipe! This is using the oven (no stovetop method) and the best part of this recipe is that the world is your Keto Brick oyster! Get creative! This recipe blends actual peanut butter, butter, and your Keto Brick flavour of choice to make bark! And I made this actual recipe during one of our SwitchGrocery Weekly Shows.
Ingredients:
1 Keto Brick - Chocolate Malt
Peanut Butter - You can use Fatso or any brand that's spreadable!
Butter - 1-2 TB
Directions:
- Melt Keto Brick at 300. Tip: low heat is best, don't let it bubble and stay in the oven too long, just enough to melt down.
- When melted, pour on tray and put in freezer. Wait 10min to harden.
- While that’s happening, melt Peanut Butter and Butter in the oven.
- When it’s soft, mix Peanut Butter and Butter together.
- When Keto Brick has hardened, spread PB and butter mixture on top and put back in freezer overnight
- Cut up in pieces and store in a closed bin in the fridge
Keto Brick has been such an incredible addition to SwitchGrocery! I cannot wait for you to try it!
