Chocolate Almond Peanut Butter Cookies

These Keto cookies are so chewy, fudgey and beyond delicious! Besides being super tasty, they are made without any sugar making them a low carb, Keto-friendly cookie recipe you’ll want to make over and over again. Using some of our favourite low carb baking essentials from Munch Life, Fatso, and Coco Polo, these no sugar added cookies are grain-free goodness that can be enjoyed by ANYONE!


Servings: 14 | Prep time: 15 minutes | Total time: 45 minutes


Ingredients:

½ cup Munch Life Chocolate Hazelnut Butter (room temperature)

½ cup Fatso Classic Peanut Butter (room temperature)

1 egg

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp Origin Vanilla Extract

½ cup Coco Polo Milk Chocolate Baking Chips



Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk egg, baking powder, and vanilla extract together
  3. Add in almond butter and peanut butter until well combined
  4. Fold in chocolate chips until combined
  5. On a greased baking sheet, place 14 evenly sized balls of dough spread apart
  6. Once dough is on baking sheet, press down gently on the tops to flatten with either a spoon or spatula
  7. Place in the oven for approximately 10-12 minutes (cooking times vary depending on cookie thickness)
  8. Let cookies cool completely before removing from the baking sheet to avoid breakage (although still delicious if crumbled)
  9. Store at room temperature or in the refrigerator for up to one week
