PILI NUT CRUSTED BLONDIES WITH COCO POLO MILK CHOCOLATE CHIPS

Keto Friendly Pili Nut Crusted Blondies with Cocopolo Milk Chocolate Chips Recipe available on Switch Grocery Canada

First, we have the creative combo of sweet, salty and oh so chocolatey blondie bar! The blondie texture and flavour is magical all on its own, but to amp up this recipe, we added the NEW Coco Polo Mini Milk Chocolate Chips with the always decadent Pili Nuts.

Servings: 12 | Prep time: 5 minutes | Total time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

1 bag of Good Dee’s Blondies Mix

2 eggs

½ cup melted coconut oil or unsalted butter (I used melted coconut oil)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 bag of Pili Hunter’s - Pili Nuts - Coconut Oil & Himalayan Salt

2/3 cup Coco Polo Mini Milk Chocolate Chips

Directions:

  1. Using the Good Dee’s Blondies Mix, prepare mix per instructions on the back of the bag (see below)
  2.    Mix in the Coco Polo Mini Milk Chocolate Chips within the batter.
  3.    Mix well
  4.    After pouring the batter into the baking pan, sprinkle Pili Nuts to the top of the batter!
  5. To get extra fancy, press in a few of them lightly

Let cool and enjoy! They taste amazing out of the fridge!

Double the chocolate equals double the fun right?! We say YES! With only 4 ingredients, you can make this double chocolatey dessert right at home. It’s chewy, chocolatey, and low carb… what more can you ask for?!

Servings: 12 | Prep time: 15 minutes | Total time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

1 bag of Good Dee’s Brownie Mix

2 eggs

½ cup melted coconut oil

2/3 cup Coco Polo Mini Milk Chocolate Chips

 

Directions:

  1. Using the Good Dee’s Brownie Mix, prepare mix per instructions on the back of the bag. (We used an 8” baking pan for this dish)
  2.    Mix in the Coco Polo Mini Milk Chocolate Chips within the batter.
  3.    Mix well.
  4.    Bake as indicated on the Good Dee’s Brownie Mix package.

Banana, chocolate, and walnuts… OH MY! This combo is dynamic and delicious! With the subtle banana flavour, the rich chocolatey chips, and slight crunch of walnuts, this terrific trio of ingredients is sure to satisfy that sweet tooth!

Servings: 12 | Prep time: 20 minutes | Total time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

1 pack of Good Dee’s Yellow Snack Cake mix

3 eggs

3 tbsp melted coconut oil

1 tbsp of banana extract

80g of Coco Polo Dark Baking Buttons, chopped

¼ cup walnut pieces

 

Directions:

  1. Using the Good Dee's Yellow Snack Cake Mix, prepare mix per instructions on the back of the bag (swapping vanilla extract for the banana extract).
  2.    Fold in the chopped Coco Polo Dark Baking Buttons within the batter.
  3.    Mix well.
  4.    Distribute mixture into 12 muffins.
  5.    Top with walnut pieces.
  6.    Bake as indicated on the Good Dee's Yellow Snack Cake Mix pack.

We are all about bringing the flavour and occasionally a bit of SPICE! This Cheesy Jalapeño “Corn Bread” is the perfect combination of savoury with a touch of heat! These are perfect to serve at family gatherings, potlucks, or keep as meal prep ideas for lunches!

Servings: 12 | Prep time: 30 minutes | Total time: 1 hour

Ingredients:

1 pack of Good Dee’s Corn “Free” Bread

3 eggs        

½ cup cheddar, shredded

¼ cup olive oil

¼ cup jalapeño, chopped

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

 

Directions:

  1.    Prepare Good Dee’s Corn “Free” Bread mix as indicated on the bag (swap out butter for olive oil)
  2.    Mix in jalapeño and cheddar and cheese
  3.    Divide into 12 muffins or bake in 8” baking pan
