Ingredients:
- 2 Live Organic Wraps (we used Tumeric)
- 1 cup ground beef (cooked)
- ½ avocado (sliced or cubed)
- 60g shredded cheese
- 4 tbsp salsa
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp jalapenos (sliced)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 300
- Cut wraps into nacho-like triangles (each wrap should get 8 nacho slices)
- Lay pieces on a cooking sheet, in a single layer
- Place in preheated oven and cook for about 3 minutes (cooking times may vary, so be sure to keep watch)
- Remove nachos from oven and top with ground beef and cheese
- Return nachos to oven for a few minutes until cheese is melted
- Remove from oven and tops with remaining ingredients
- Enjoy!
