Ingredients:

Crust Base


Quiche-Za Filling (feel free to adjust to your taste buds)

  • 10 eggs
  • 50g of white mushrooms (sliced)
  • 30g of asparagus (chopped)
  • 20g of red peppers (chopped)
  • 20g of yellow peppers (chopped)


Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together crust ingredients until combined (will be slightly sticky)
  2. Spread mixture evenly on the bottom of a greased 9” pie pan 
  3. Cook at 350 for 8-10 minutes, remove and let cool
  4. While the crust is cooling, prepare your filling and increase oven to 400
  5. Whisk eggs and veggies together 
  6. Once filling is mixed, pour over the cooled quiche crust
  7. Place back in the oven for 25-30 minutes (until centre is cooked through)
