Easy Keto Chow Egg Coffee Recipe

Ingredients:

1 large cup of coffee (usually 1.5 cups of coffee)

1 Keto Chow Chai Latte: 0.5 – 1 TB

1 source of fat. Note that if you are just using Keto Chow as a creamer, this should suffice, BUT if you are trying to get the vitamins and minerals from Keto Chow (recommended), you need atleast 10g of fat. This would be 1 TB of butter, or 1 egg, or 2 TB heavy cream.

Steps:

Tip: do not use the blender bottle for this because with hot coffee in a blender bottle, it can burst when you open the spout.

Get a Blender set up (Vitamix or any blender)

Pour 16oz big cup of coffee into the blender

Turn the Blender on low.

Put ½ - 1 TB of Keto Chow Chai Latte into the coffee

Note: Keto Chow makes a coffee thicker, so definitely start with ½ a TB of Keto Chow

Put 2 TB heavy cream into the blender (I chose this as my fat)

Blend it on high.

Turn the blender on high. Remember to put the lid on!

Pour your coffee into the cup. It’s super frothy! Enjoy!
